See bug #123008 (at http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=123008).
gnome-help is lacking a means for moving the text caret within a help
document.
With Gnopernicus, you can use one of the review mode options (e.g. flat
review), which will allow you to read the entire contents of the help
window.
