Hi, Adam. Well, I know that gedit does work, but I launch it from run and
not from the menus. Do an alt+f2 type gedit, and tab to run, andpress enter.
If you'd rather have a launcher alt+control+tab to your main panel and do an
control+f10 go to add to panel, and add new launcher, and create one for
gedit.
