To be clear - please consider my comments as my opinion, not
definitive answers to any questions. I'm on neither the board nor the
release team, for example.

Also, like you I consider the general question of what the criteria
for inclusion are to be more important than the specific issue of a
web browser. Jeff has said he isn't sure we should include a browser
in general, and that discussion hasn't really been had.
