This would be great.  Just to clarify, do you mean "when accessibility
is turned on" or "when keyboard accessibility is turned on"?  They're
currently two different things, which is slightly confusing, but I guess
you meant the latter.

BTW, did you notice if the sticky keys applet only works with the
Windows key, or does it work with whatever your Meta key is?  If it's
hard-coded to the Windows key I guess we'll need to fix that at some
point, my Sun keyboard doesn't have one :)
