If you'd prefer to stay with HEAD of atk and update your gtk-doc, you 
can run "cvs update -A gtk-doc" as Michael suggests, in case you have
checked out a 2.2 branch of gtk-doc previously.

Of course by default a fresh cvs checkout (if the module hasn't been
checked out before or has been deleted) pulls from HEAD.
