[g-a-devel] Metabug: bugmap towards ATK 2.0 created

As we concluded on our last meeting [2], I have created a metabug with
all the changes API/ABI addons-breakage towards a hypothetical ATK
2.0, in summary the things to work on on the ATK Hackfest.

You can see it here [1].

It has some bug dependencies, but I still need to convert all the
items written on the roadmap [3] as bugs.

But feel free to start to add other things that are not included yet
on the roadmap.
