After looking at the code, I found the problem is these applications
call gtk_init/gnome_program_init before g_thread_init. This is not good
because g_thread_init should be called before all glib functions. If
there isn't any g_thread_init call before gtk_init/gnome_program_init,
CORBA will call it when atk-bridge is initialized (loaded by
gtk_init/gnome_program_init). So call g_thread_init before any glib
functions is the right way to fix the problem.
