Hi Mat,

I don't have a scroll whell mouse, so I can't test the issue that you
are having, but if there is no way to configure the wheel scroll speed
in an easy way, certainly that this can be considered an accessibility
issue.

IMHO, the mouse wheel scroll speed is considered an accessibility issue
because some visually impaired users don't like much movement in their
screen, because they have difficult to indetify elements in the screen.
Certainly, there will be more issues related with this.

The "Mouse Preferences" screen doesn't have anything related with scroll
wheel configuration. Maybe this is a good thing to point to the mouse
preferences developers, but I don't know where they are, so any advice
in how to contact them is a good thing ;-).
