Hi Bill,
Do you have any idea what could be causing this bug in gnome-mag?
The original bug had causes in gnome-mag and also in gnopernicus.
The bug is no longer present on my system if I exit and restart
gnopernicus after changing splitscreen magnification to horizontal
mode. Perhaps it is no longer reproducible?
May I haved expressed what I want bad.
Here the bug is still present. I restart gnopernicus after simulating
throw gnopernicus what is in the test program sended by Dragan Sarbut in
the bugzilla page and the magnifier screen stay gray.
My system is a Slackware 10.2 with Linux 2.4.31, X.Org 6.8.2 and GNOME 2.12.
By the way... restart gnopernicus is not the right way to resolve the
things, but I can't make the magnifier show the right image in any way
and you say me that it's working in your system, so I can't go to
anywhere. Do you have any idea what I could do?
Maybe this way the question become more clear: In gnome-mag code, what
could be causing this stranger behavior? Because I analyze the code and
it appear ok, but It does not work properly.
If you run in your prompt:
#: magnifier -mv
#: ./control-client T
#: ./control-client b
You stay with I gray magnifier screen, do you know why or where to start
investigating to resolve this?
Bill
