No, because the key properties here are already provided by ATK, as I
indicated in a recent email.
atk_get_version() already reports the version of GAIL, and
atk_get_toolkit_name() reports "GAIL". In the OOo case you'll IMO want
to override these methods, so that clients know that they are getting
info from something slightly different from the regular GAIL library,
but you can of course use the gail-provided methods to inform your own
logic before overriding them.
