Okeydoke, sounds good.

Hmm yes, good point. Hopefully we'll eventually see the day when the
menu applet and the other types of menu you currently get on the panel
are rolled into one and we we won't have to worry about their keynav
being inconsistent any more :/
So, by my reckoning, that makes the revised menu applet behaviour:
- Press [Shift+]Tab to move focus onto first/last menu title in the
applet from an adjacent object on the panel.
- Press [Shift+]Tab to move focus out of menu applet to adjacent object
on panel, when any menu title in the applet has focus.
- Use arrow keys to move focus between the menu titles in the applet.
Focus shouldn't wrap around, but stop at the first/last menu with a
beep.
- Press Space/Enter to pop up a menu when its title has focus, as with
any other menu in GNOME.
- Use arrow keys/Space/Enter to select/activate menu items, as with any
other menu in GNOME.
- Use Esc to pop down a menu without selecting any items, and give focus
back to the menu title, as with any other menu in GNOME.
Cheeri,
Calum.
