There's no single accessibility theme, but Bill was working on two or
three, with the various combinations of large font/low contrast/high
contrast that different users require. He can probably provide you with
those if you don't have them already.
This is why producing accessibility themes for gnome-cd isn't really a
perfect solution, though-- we can't just provide "an accessibility
theme", I presume we'd really need to produce a different one to match
each gtk accessibility theme that we provided.
Even that wouldn't cover all the possibilities, because the user might
well be using a slightly customised gtk accessibility theme, perhaps
having changed the background colour to adjust the contrast somewhat,
for example. If gnome-cd is just using a PNG for the display backdrop,
it presumably wouldn't be able to adjust accordingly in that case.
