Hmm, I think the desired behaviour here would be for Space/Enter to do
exactly the same as clicking on the task's button with the mouse, unless
I'm missing something. That is, it should alternately minimise/maximise
the task's window (but see comment below).

On the build I'm running here (the community beta 3), repeated clicks on
the same windowlist button do alternately maximise/minimise that task's
window... but only sometimes, it seems to be quite buggy. Anyone know
off-hand if this is a known problem?
