Ok, i'm committing it after renaming the files a little and fixing some
warnings.

around line #329 of zvt-accessible.c in _zvt_term_offset_xy has these
dubious looking lines:

    while (line_width > 0 && !(current->data[--line_width] &
    VTATTR_DATAMASK));
    line_width++;
    
i just wanted to double check that this was correct.  in cvs i've put
the ; on its own line.
