[g-a-devel][Fwd: Re: at-spi issues]

Hi Marc:

I am forwarding this message from Remus about bugs and omissions in
at-spi. Could you have a look at the text boundary support and text
attributes, he reports bugs in the text parsing, and a quick code
inspection shows that at-spi doesn't have any implementation code for
text attributes yet.

As a next priority I would suggest getting something working for
statesets in at-spi. Please let me know if you will have time to work
on this soon. I will be looking at some implementation for mouse event
support which has also been identified as a priority.

Thanks!

Also, I am forwarding this to the gnome-accessibility-devel list and
have removed most internal email addresses so that this thread can
continue on a public list if appropriate.

Hi Bill,

There are some cases from "text widget" :
SPI_TEXT_BOUNDARY_SENTENCE_END : gives more than one sentence
	SPI_TEXT_BOUNDARY_LINE_START : gives more than a line
	SPI_TEXT_BOUNDARY_LINE_END : gives nothing
	SPI_TEXT_BOUNDARY_ATTR_RANGE : gives nothing.
	SPI_TEXT_BOUNDARY_WORD_END : gives more than a word.

Yes, I am speaking in generaly.

For us priority order is: state, attribute, relation.
