It doesn't format yet, or do much of anything, but it's there.  I found
a number of bugs in libglade while doing this, none of which seem
incredibly bad to fix.  I filed them all, and hopefully jamesh will get
a chance to look at them at some point.

One thing I learned from this is that it seems that moving gnome-dialogs
to a gtk-dialog is going to take the most time with a GTK 2 based app
(or at least a glade based one).  Presumably when libglade supports
GnomeDialog, things will be better, though we prolly want to port over
anyways.  Still, the whole process took less than 2 hours, and most of
the time was spent dealing with libglade and writing a new glade file
by hand.
