Re: On User Interface, again..



Hi Raphael,
I don't think anyone here don't think that having additional GUI
fixes/improvements for GNOME 2.0 would be great. But the time available
to our current set out core hackers has a limit and with that limit in
mind it would be better if they focused on getting the plattform ready
first since everything else depends on it. You say that you have some
GTK+ experience and I am sure that people would be more than happy if
you helped out with moving the GUI stuff forward for GNOME 2.0.

Patches which implements the useability stuff suggested by the usability
team for instance, or implementations of some of the improvements
requested by users on Gnotices today would be more than welcome.
