change request link_object_ref / unref ...

	These methods are needed, since g_object_ref / unref are not
threadsafe - so we can still pretend ORBit2 might be thread safe.

	Oh, and we'll prolly need an accessor for a global object lock
in there too - moved from ORBit2.
