You have some really terrific ideas, but in the interest of seeing them
implemented, you should really follow up to make sure they get into the
bug tracking system as wishlist items.  i put some of my comments
below...

I vote for somehow making Run smart like this.

This is absolute genious.  I would kill for this feature.  I've always
thought that easy encryption of individual files and directory trees
needs to be made dead simple.

This needs to be in big, bold letters.  It would indeed be a killer
feature to be able to sit down at anyones Gnome box and have all my
favorite keybindings and everything else.
