pkg-config $(prefix)/lib/pkgconfig -> $(prefix)/lib/pkg-config

Hi Havoc,

in the latest version of pkg-config from CVS, you changed its name from
`pkgconfig' to `pkg-config'.

This has the side-effect that it's now looking in $(prefix)/lib/pkg-config
for its .pc files and not in $(prefix)/lib/pkgconfig.

So now we need to fix this in all modules in CVS ......
