fooConf.sh files

Hi, should files like oafConf.sh and oaf-config still be installed in
the New Build Configuration World Order for GNOME 2.0 or are we going
with a strictly pkgconfig approach? If they still need to be around,
is there a good way to implement them so they use the pkgconfig info
rather than duplicating it?
