ORBit2/libIDL issues

Hi Michael,
ORBit2's libIDL currently lacks a .pc file and it's also installing
a library called libIDL.la (instead of libIDL-2.la like in
ORBit-martin-forked).
AFAIK there are also a few other issues with ORBit2 regarding parallel
installations of ORBit and ORBit2.
We should fix this asap to allow a parallel install of ORBit (stable)
and ORBit2.
