IO monikers moved into gnome-vfs.

	Seth and I just moved the monikers from libgnome into gnome-vfs
where they belong.

	If you have installed recently you should remove:

		${prefix}/share/oaf/GNOME_Moniker_std.oaf 

	Or OAF will get confused, it's now in the GNOME_VFS namespace.
