GnomeCanvasText behavioural change

A while ago I looked at finally fixing the canvas text item. It has many 
issues right now that needs fixing.

One core issue is that the item behaves differently with sizeing and 
positioning with respect to zooming. The non-aa text never rotates or 
zooms, but I added some very bad zooming and rotation to the aa a while 
ago. 

This semantic difference makes it very hard to fix the item, and I would 
like to change the AA mode version back to work as it did in 1.4. This 
will remove the (ugly) scaled text feature though, so I guess it is an API
change that has to be agreed to.

Can I do this?
