So, let me get this straight...  Anders has been made maintainer of
libgnome and libgnomeui... and his changes are unauthorized?  Last I
checked, the "maintainer" of a module was the person who was in charge
of making sure that their module goes in the direction that they see as
the best for GNOME.  They need to solicit opinions from other people,
but in the end, it comes down to what they think is the best direction
for GNOME.  Perhaps this understanding is inherently flawed...
