I didn't officially released 1.8.12, this won't be part of Gnome-1.4.
This should not change the fact that Scrollkeeper should be fixed in the
same way as gdb2html, i.e. using an embedded Docbook SGML parser. This
solution should work for both 1.8.11 and 1.8.12+
