This is the current order of the FreeBSD port. Items marked with a * are
currently linux-specific, and so will not be included initially.

Step 1:
	esound (requires libaudiofile)
	gtk+ (requires glib)
	imlib

Step 2:
	xml-i18n-tools (not strictly needed)
	libxml
       *scrollkeeper
	ORBit
	gnome-libs

Step 3:
gnome-vfs (requires gconf, which requires oaf)
	gdk-pixbuf
	control-center

Step 4:
libglade (requires bonobo, which requires gnome-print)
	gnome-audio
	gnome-core

Step 5:
	gnome-applets (requires libghttp and libgtop)
	gnome-media
	gnome-user-docs
	gnome-utils
	gnome-pim
	gnome-games
sawfish (requires rep-gtk, which requires librep)
	ggv
	ghex
	bug-buddy
	glade
	gtop
	gdm
       *xalf
	gtk-engines
	gnome-python
	gnome-guile
gnome-- (requires gtk--, which requires libsigc++)
	panel--
       *ammonite
nautilus (requires medusa, freetype2, and optionally mozilla)
	xscreensaver

"Works for me". Correct nautilus functionality has not yet been
confirmed on FreeBSD, so this may end up getting replaced with gnome-mc
