Extra app list...

Here's a list of what I've seen suggested on this mailing list for
inclusion in the Gnome 1.4 extra-app release.  Take a look at it.

I'm also going to be browsing the software map and freshmeat for extra
apps that are cool but haven't been mentioned.  Ian and I will have a
more official list of what is being considered in CVS soon.  Ian also
had the fantastic suggestion of having regular announcements (here and
on Gnotices) about where our inclusion list stands.  Then we'll
incorporate feedback, revise the list, and repeat the whole process
over again.  I'm just posting this initial rough list for suggestions
at the onset.
