Last time I cheked:
1) libgnetwok does not work on Windows.
2) gnetlibrary had problems with Windows bacuase of the way the socket
layer/thread is implemented. Tor (tml) has a long 'essay' on the issue - I
could not find the site, however.
3) I might be 100% wrong on (1) and (2) by now.
