[gnet] GNet and glib-dev-20010301.zip

Hi,

I'm interested in using GNet on Win32 with the Mingw compiler.

The most recent Win32 binary release 
(gnet-dev-1.1.0-20010614.zip) in readme.win32 says:

This requires GLib 1.3 snapshot 20010301.
[http://www.gimp.org/win32/glib-dev-20010301.zip]

Which as far as I can tell doesn't exist anymore.

It also mentions a few bugs that GLib has ... so 
has anyone built GNet with the 2.0 series of GLib?

Note: I'm just a novice with C compilers and makefiles so any help
is appreciated.
