[gmime-devel] pkcs7 cipher context just landed

It's been a while since I've given a status update (largely due to not
actually working on GMime in a while), but yesterday and this morning I
implemented a pkcs7 cipher context using GpgME. This is the cipher
context needed for S/MIME support.

I haven't written a test suite yet as I'm not sure how to create
certificates for use with GpgSM.
