Version >1.14 for windows?

Hi,
I know the latest version is 1.22 released April this year.
The latest windows installer linked to on the wiki 
(http://www.glom.org/wiki/index.php?title=Download)
is 1.14 from April 2010.
I downloaded that but it seems to have a fair few oddities,
which seem to have been fixed now, according to the change logs I've 
found.

Has anyone produced a Windows installer?
I would rather not get all set up to compile in windows.
Don't recompile the wheel etc etc.
