* Add field colouring to the details view.

This change re-works how field colouring works. The colour formatting
information is now set to the client with the layout information
instead with the data. This eliminates the need to send the duplicate
colour strings with the data in list view when field colouring is set.
This will also help when the bottom navigation buttons are added to
the details view.

* Move the table selector to right side of header box and the  "Back
to List" link to the right side.

The motivation behind this change is that the table selector combobox
acts like a label for the currently displayed table so it should be
placed below the document title This puts the table title in a similar
position to where it is found in the Glom UI.

* Add empty rows to the end of related list and list view tables.

There are two remaining issues with this change:

1) The pager currently displays the number of rows including the empty
rows (so the minimum number of visible rows). When there are empty
rows, the pager is not active but I still think that it should display
the number of data rows.

2) The empty rows have a smaller vertical height than the rows with data.

Murray: I think it's important to get the first issue fixed but I
think the second issue can be ignored for now. What do you think?
