git master is temporarily broken

The code in git master is not working well with related records. I'm
gradually changing Glom to use GdaSqlBuilder instead of manually-built
SQL strings, but there is a remaining bug that I am working out with the
libgda maintainer. Hopefully git master won't be broken for too long -
in the meantime the glom-1-14 branch is probably best for anyone working
from git.
