Latest Glom 1.12.x packaged for Ubuntu Karmic

We finally have an up-to-date package for Ubuntu Karmic, thanks to Peter
Penz:
https://launchpad.net/~openismus-team/+archive/ppa

These are generally necessary because Ubuntu doesn't package bug-fix
releases quickly enough. The official Ubuntu Karmic Glom package has the
particularly annoying bug that it doesn't show the examples/templates so
it's hard to play with Glom as a new user.
