missing files in glom-1.6.16 tarball?

Hi!  Trying to build glom 1.6.16, noticed in the Changelog that some
regression tests were added, but when running configure, I get:

config.status: creating macros/Makefile
config.status: creating examples/Makefile
config.status: error: cannot find input file: regression_tests/Makefile.in

As well:

regression_tests/Makefile.am
regression_tests/test_parsing_time.cc

don't seem to exist in the tree.  I downloaded the glom tarball from the
gnome tree.
