Web UI and SoC

Hello,

I was wondering if a Web UI for glom would be considered a good
project for SoC? I have already thought about working on it in the
past and saw Murray's blog post about it recently. If it would be a
good project I will start looking further into it. If I done it I
would probably use python to implement it.
