[glade--] Need Glade assistance

I want to create a gtkmm project with Glade, but the problem is that i don't know further steps what to do when I create the .glade file with Glade UI. Could you please suggest me what steps should be next in order to execute the project made with Glade on either Windows or Linux operating system.
