Hello all. I am new to Gtk, Gtkmm, and Glade, and I am experimenting
with a little program to help me learn these libraries/tools. I am
attempting to create a custom pop up dialog box. I've used the Gtk+
Basic "Dialog" tool to do this, and added a couple of buttons and a text
entry. My problem is that when I try to add a signal to the buttons on
the pop up dialog, they do not save. When I build the project, the
signals are not created in the _glade files.
I can't see any other way around this than to edit the _glade files
manually, which seems to go against the entire _glade philosophy. Is
this a bug in Glade/Glademm, or am I doing something wrong?
I think your problem is that you don't hit the refresh/add button after
you input your signal ... might this be correct? [If your signal is
missing in the .glade file glademm can't help you]
Christof
PS: Sorry for being unresponsive in the past - too much work (both at
work and at home)
