Hi.

I've used successfully the file chooser button: the file chooser window
shows up correctly and everything works...but how to do a similar thing
to create a new file, not choosing an existent one?


How did you create your button? Passing GTK_FILE_CHOOSER_ACTION_SAVE
as a construction parameter should enable you to select non-existent
file name.
