[Glade-users] What is Gtk builder?

I hate to ask what everyone seems to know, but what is gtk builder?  Is 
it part of Glade 3.4.5?  I don't see any gtk builder packages or 
libraries in the Gentoo portage tree.  Also does this mean all my Glade 
programs are obsolete?
