[Glade-users] Can glade be used to make proprietery applications?

hi,

I am using glade-2 for building an application, by using the 'build' feature
of glade-2. My question is simple. Can we use glade to make proprietery
applications?
If the answer is no, then what are the conditions under which we can use it
to build non-GPL'd proprietery applications?
