Juan wasnt very specific - the edit button shows up in the property
editor (right beside the clear/documentation buttons) only
when a widget with a custom editor is selected (or one of its
children), i.e. a toolbar/toolitem menubar/menuitem.

We will be adding context menu items for widget-class specific
actions and we should make a shortcut to the custom editors
in the process, as they arent very obvious as it is.
