[Glade-users] no rule to make target config.status

I'm having a strange error after updating versions of glade and all
related libraries / helping programs (version numbers listed a the
end).
The problem I'm having is with code auto-generated by Glade. I made a
sample program with just a few widgets on a window and told it to use
C++. It seemed to work partially, but the po directory gives me the
error of "No rule to make target config.status". I've done a lot of
digging and found nothing helpful on this. Seeing as this is a brand
new project with nothing new or interesting about it, I can't see why
it's having a problem. Anybody have an idea of what might have caused
this / what I can do about it? Thanks!
