[Glade-users] dateedit widget. how to retrieve day,month and year

Hello.

I'm using the dateedit widget on a window. Now because i want to use that data the user entered into the
dataedit widget with the calendar (for example, passing it to gtk_calendar_select_month() as an int, or
whatever i'd like to retrieve it. 

But i can't seem to find any info on it. I only see the GtkCalendar *widget on the GTK site. Now if i can
just get this info from it, and i can match it with data the user entered (trough a linked list) i can
display data depending on what day the user selected on the Calendar widget.

Any help would be *MOST* appreciated
