I spotted a few minor issues with the icons:

GtkHPaned/GtkVPaned - the icons are the wrong way round, aren't they?

GtkAccelLabel - the icon is misleading. It isn't a label with an access
key (normal labels can have those). It is a label with an accelerator
key displayed next to it, e.g. "Open   Ctl+O".
It is only ever used in menus, so isn't really useful on the palette. It
definitely shouldn't be on the main page.
 
GtkMenuBar - Why is the "file" text in the icon using a small 'f'? A
capital 'F' would look more like normal menubars.
