I think that I've committed everything that was on the ML, except the
remove project patch.

Finally, I decided to leave the gtk_widget_show on glade_command_create.
If glade_command_delete does a _hide, I think that it makes sense to
leave the _show to _create.

So I moved the call to glade_command_create after we set the default
options of the widget (to remove the assert on window creation).

If I missed some patch, please say it.
