[gitg] gpg-signed commits in gitg

Hello! I'd like to be able to automatically sign all my git commits, using GnuPG / GPG / PGP. Setting this up for commits done from the commandline was easy enough, but I can't figure out how to do it in gitg. Does gitg support signed commits? Or maybe it just requires some configuration or something?
