[Gimp-web] macOS .dmg download terribly slow

Hey there,

the download at
https://download.gimp.org/pub/gimp/v#{version.major_minor}/osx/gimp-#{version}-x86_64.dmg,
as used by
https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-cask/blob/master/Casks/gimp.rb , is
really slow. Like, it takes half an hour over a fiber connection.

I wonder if there's anything you could do about it. I know that data
transfer is not free but perhaps there's a service that will host it at a
reasonable price?

Or perhaps temporarily these .dmg files could be hosted at github or such.
