As mentioned in Jehan's thread on [Gimp-docs] "Discontinuation of mailing
lists and moving to Discourse", there are two primary options.

1. There is a "GIMP" tag on the forum if you want to see only GIMP related
messages: https://discourse.gnome.org/tag/gimp

2. There is the GIMP forum on PIXLS.US (primarily photography based but all
sorts of users hanging around): https://discuss.pixls.us/gimp
